Soccer Club of Newington In Association With Everson Soccer Academy & Brazil CT Announces Winter Futsal!
Registration Is Now Open, Register Now As These Sessions Will Fill Up Fast!
The Soccer Club of Newington is pleased to announce registration our Winter Futsal program! We offer a 7-week and a 14-week Futsal program. We will host session 1 and 2, and for those interested, we offer the combined session 1&2 at a discount.
What is Futsal? Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced small sided game that places a large emphasis on teaching technical foot skill and ability in tight spaces. Futsal is a quick style of soccer popular in Brazil and in Europe. The essence of the Brazilian style is the efficiency with split-second improvisation, creativity and technique. We offer age-based programs Saturday from 3 to 9 pm. This program is open to children born from 2005 through 2014.
This is a 1-hour program, once a week, brought you locally by Coach Danilo and his staff at Everson Soccer Academy and the Soccer Club of Newington.
- Session 1: 7 weeks 12/7, 12/14, 12/21,12/28 & 1/4, 1/11, & 1/18 Price $110
- Session 2: 7 weeks 1/25 & 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 2/29 & 3/7 Price $110
- Sign up for both Sessions (14 total) in advance for $200
Note that if you opt for both sessions, you must decide in advance of session 1 and register for the combined session in order to get the benefit of combined pricing. We will not retroactively apply credits to your account for this benefit feature.
Where: Newington High School Gym, 605 Willard Avenue, Newington
What to Bring: Bring gym sneakers, preferably indoor flat soccer shoes; water bottle; shin guards! Wear gym clothes.
